Coated sand casting - Sand or core sand with a layer of solid resin film on the surface of the sand before molding. 

The casting process can be used to manufacture steel castings, iron castings. 

It is used for the production of various complex castings such as automobile cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, various pipe fittings, pump bodies, etc.

The surface finish of the casting ,roughness is much better than common sand casting,few buring-on sand and sticky sand;
